2. Data we collect

Account data: name, phone, email, password, location, and role.
Verification data: face-scan or face images and any ID you submit.
Service data: rides, apartment listings, job posts, images, and messages.
Payment data: references, receipt images, and status. We do not store full card numbers unless a payment provider is added.
Technical data: IP address, device, browser, and location when a feature needs it.
Files you upload, and prompts sent to the AI assistant.
