What is Naijashare Q-Fix?
Naijashare Q-Fix is a Nigerian marketplace for ridesharing, apartment sharing, handyman services, IT consultancy, and an AI assistant. It is operated by Q-Fix Integrated Services LTD (also referred to as Q-Fix Integrated Service Nigeria Limited).
Are you the driver, landlord, or handyman?
No. We connect users. Unless a listing is clearly marked as provided by Q-Fix Integrated Services LTD, the ride, room, or job agreement is between the users involved. We do not employ drivers, landlords, artisans, or consultants.
Where do you operate?
The platform is built for users across Nigeria. Availability of rides, rooms, and workers depends on who has registered in your area.
Accounts and safety
Who can register?
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract under Nigerian law. Use accurate details. One person should keep one account unless we approve otherwise.
Why do you ask for a face scan?
Face verification is used to confirm identity and improve safety on registration flows that require it. Do not use another person’s face, photo, or identity. How this data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
What if I suspect fraud or feel unsafe?

Ridesharing
How does ridesharing work?
Register as a driver or passenger, complete any required verification, then post a ride or browse rides. Agree pickup, cost-sharing, and timing on the platform before you travel.
What do drivers need?
A valid driving licence, a roadworthy vehicle, and compliance with Nigerian traffic law. Vehicle and route details are collected during driver registration.
Apartment sharing
How do I find or list a room?
List a spare room or browse shared apartments, and set budget, location, and house preferences. Listers must have the right to offer the space. Check identity and terms before you pay or move in.
Handyman and IT jobs
What handyman work can I book?
Typical jobs include electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, AC and HVAC, general repairs, and office assistance. Availability depends on registered providers.
What does IT consultancy cover?
Examples include websites, mobile apps, cloud, cybersecurity, data work, and related project support. The client and the work owner agree the scope and price.
Who sets the price?
Work owners set their own charges unless a page says otherwise. Check the quote before you accept a job.
Payments
How do I pay?
Pay only through the payment instructions published on the platform, then upload a receipt when the page asks you to verify payment. We may delay confirmation until the transfer is matched.
Is there a commission?
Where a commission applies, including the rate shown on the relevant service page (such as 7% on applicable jobs), that fee is due to Q-Fix Integrated Services LTD. Do not move a platform lead off-platform to avoid the fee.
Can I get a refund?
Cancellation rules on the listing or booking apply between the users involved. We may review a complaint, but we are not obliged to refund a payment made directly between users.
AI assistant
Can I trust the AI assistant?
It is for convenience only. Answers can be incomplete or wrong. Do not rely on it for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions, and do not send passwords or bank details in prompts.

Where are the legal pages?
